Hey the poll worked this time! It looks like most of us give one or two shows a chance every new season. Makes sense, since that's about all that survives every season. Thanks for voting!

Do you like to have movie marathons?

I may have had a Twilight marathon (with Rifftrax) this weekend, since the final (unnecessary) sequel is due out next weekend. So I want to know who else likes to watch a bunch of movies in a short span of time that have some common theme, be it a franchise, a director or actor's filmography, or just a specific genre. Vote in the poll and leave a comment about your favorite movie marathon, especially if it's a tradition.

    I think my favorite are when a new film in the franchise is being released. It gives me an excuse to pull out the older films and rewatch them.

    Just did this with the Lord of the Rings trilogy in preparation for The Hobbit. It had been ages since I had actually watched one of them. And it was good to go back and see them again.

      I'm the same way, especially when it's a continuous story setting, like LOTR or the HP series. I can't watch just one!
