Wednesdays Movie Mashup No. 23

Congrats to Ryan who closed the gap with a quick right answer last week.  Well done.  I kind of what to see a movie with this title, though hopefully not this description.  

Last week's clue: Two cops have to protect a witness to a crime against a transgendered teen in trouble.

    Nope, one is an older movie, from 1950. The other is more recent.
